Online Application Instructions

1. Kindly first enter the Father's details, then click on 'Next'.
2. To add child's details please click on 'Add Applicant'. When details are completed click on 'Add Applicant' again and then 'Next' (If you wish to add additional applicant-sibling please click on 'Add Applicant' again and then 'Next').
3. To add Mother's details click on 'Add Details'. When details are completed click on 'Add Details' again (If you wish to add additional contact details, such as guardians, etc. please click on 'Add details' again).
4. To submit application click on 'Next'.
5. Please note withholding information or making a false declaration that may impact the education of your child may result in cancellation of your application /admission and forfeiture of any admission processing fees paid.
6. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
7. On submission of the form, confirmation will be sent to the father's email address as stated.

Assessment

The Admissions team will contact you to arrange an assessment for your child(ren) KG 2 to Year 12. Please note that this will be dependent on the availability of places.

Assessments at DIA, Emirates Hills take place Monday to Friday during school hours by appointment only.

Prospective students studying outside of Dubai may undertake the assessment in their current school, this arrangement is subject to conditions (Year 3 to Year 12 only). There is an AED 525 assessment fee (including 5% VAT) which is non-refundable, however if your child is accepted into DIA, Emirates Hills,, this fee will be offset against the first semester fees.

Evaluation

Once the assessment has taken place and we have received the student’s previous 2 years’ school reports we will evaluate the application.

If your child is accepted into the school you will receive an offer of a place from the Admissions Department, you must respond within 5 days to secure the place.

If your child is accepted but there are no places available at that time your child will be placed on our 'accepted on hold' waitlist. Should a place become available, we will contact you immediately.
